What is Happiness?
Happiness is an emotion. It is the feeling of joy and freedom. When you’re happy you allow the whole fullness of you to become present in every moment. Happiness results from understanding and embracing your value as well as the ability to see value in other people and life situation. Seeing the value in things that are wanted and unwanted is the secret to inner peace and a joyful life. Happy people experience clarity, well-being, and an inner knowing that all is well no matter what is going on out there. Happiness feels like being invincible and that there’s nothing that you can’t Be, Do or Have.
To be happy is to feel limitless, creative, loving, playful, clever and there is a lightness in your spirit that others can see. Happy people feel free from problems, and since they have no problems they see opportunity everywhere. In fact, happy people approach what others may see as a problem as just a situation to be managed, either now, or in the future. They instinctively know by having proved it to themselves many times, that they are blessed with well-being. They hold positive expectations yet no insistence for specific outcomes. They know that things are always working out for them, even if they can’t see it at this moment. They know that life is a journey and that the journey is where all the fun is!
